Coaches there has been a change in how we are doing field lining and clean-up this season:
If your team is scheduled for field lining, your team will also do cleanup duty in the evening both Saturday and Sunday, at the location that your team lined fields in the morning. Coaches will need to divide their team parents accordingly to accomplish the complete assignment.
1. Coaches Must Be Present To oversee that everything is completed and put away properly.
2. Teams scheduled for the last weekend we will be putting everything away for the winter.
3. Volunteer Work documents will be returned in the Spring as long as your team does its duties. This will also make it so that we do not have to keep collecting work-bonds each season, less paperwork.
4. On the day you complete your duties coaches are to email Mike Torchia.
FIELD LINING
Teams will line fields and put out corner flags. While lining, make sure that all goals are fastened to the ground either by sandbags or by stakes.
Please be responsible. If while lining, a team paints any surface other than the soccer field (sidewalks, parking lots) the team’s work-bonds will be cashed. When finished all empty cans go into the Red Dumpster. Do not leave empties in the box. Also you will be expected to consolidate boxes. After all of the work has been checked by Mike Torchia, he will email Dan Barcus that your team has fulfilled its obligations for the season
CLEAN UP DUTY
Teams that are scheduled to due this will be expected to pick up all flags at Patriots Park. While picking up flags you are to pick up any garbage left on the fields by our club.
The team is also responsible for going to the Justice Complex and making sure that no garbage has been left on the fields or in the bleachers.

Field Lining will be done Saturday Mornings. If your team cannot do it Saturday they must make arrangements with the Field Director.
