Welcome teams, players & supporters to the Jackson Summer Classic Tournament Website. The Summer Classic is a perfect kickoff to the fall season. Our goal is to create an environment where teams from all levels can play competitive from U8 to U19.

AGE GROUPS
Boys and Girls U-8 through U-19 Players must be born on or after August 1 of corresponding year. Example: U-10 Born on or after August 1, 1999.
FORMAT
All Teams are guaranteed 4 games. All U8, U9 & U10 (small sided) teams will compete in the Summer Classic for participation only. All U11 & up (full sided) will play round robin and preliminary rounds where rankings will be determined by the total number of points earned.
ELIGIBLE TEAMS
This is a USYSA sanctioned tournament under the jurisdiction of the New Jersey State Youth Soccer Association. All traveling teams must be affiliated with the USYSA and must be in good standing with their state association. Secondary carded players accepted. Player rosters limited to 14 players for small-sided and 18 players for any other divisions. Any out of state teams will be required to complete a permission to travel form.
AWARDS
As mandated by NJYSA, participation awards will be presented for small-sided teams. For U11 and up, individual awards will be presented for 1st and 2nd.
PATCHES
The exchange of team patches or pins is encouraged. All participants will receive a commemorative tournament patch.
GUEST PLAYERS
A maximum of 3 guest players will be allowed for full-sided games and 2 guest players for small-sided games.
THINGS TO DO
The tournament is only minutes away from Six Flags Great Adventure and Hurricane Harbor. The Jackson Soccer Club is offering discounted tickets for purchase.
REFEREES
A U.S.S.F. three man system will be used in every full-sided game. Interested referees should contact Andy Weinstein at AWeinsteinUS@aol.com

APPLICATIONS
Applications must be received by August 1st, 2009. Fees are $475 for U11 and up, $425 for U8 thru U10. Acceptances will be posted on our website on or about August 23rd, 2009. Any team accepted then declining for any reason will not be refunded their entry fee. In the event that the tournament is cancelled, teams will be refunded eighty percent of the entry fee. Mail your entry fee to the JSC Tournament Director (contact information below) or Online Payment (Click Here).
REGISTRATION
Coaches must present rosters, player passes, permission to travel, medical release forms and all other required registration material at mandatory registration held the Friday night before the tournament. We will accept either 2008 or 2009 team passes. We can not accept a combination of these yearly passes.
Out of state teams and teams 1 Hour away, whose first game is at 11 AM or later may register at the tournament registration table located at the Jackson Justice Complex regardless of where your games are being played on Saturday morning at least two hours prior to their first game. Maximum roster size is eighteen (18) players, fourteen (14) players for U10.

Online Registration: After completing the online registration process, a confirmation receipt will be sent to your email address. Your team will be considered as applied when we have received both your completed application and entry fee. Once both items are received, your team will be listed on our website under the section "Teams Applied".
