Spring 2015 Recreation Registration Information
Registration for Spring 2015 is Open from November 15 - December 30.

 

General Information
 
Spring 2015 Season is Tentatively Scheduled to begin March 28, 2015 and end June 20, 2015.  You should hear from your assigned coach no later than March 15th.
 
Waiting list for players starts January 1 and placement on a team is not guaranteed.  All players registered on/after January 1 will be charged a $25 late fee so please register early.
 
All recreational players will receive a uniform shirt and socks.
 
 
DIVISION AGE GROUPINGS FOR Spring 2015
Division 1: 8/1/96 to 7/31/01 (Coed Division)
Division 2: 8/1/01 to 7/31/04 (Coed Division)
Division 3: 8/1/04 to 7/31/06 (Boys and Girls Divisions)
Division 4: 8/1/06 to 7/31/08 (Boys and Girls Divisions)
Microsoccer: 8/1/08 to 3/31/10 (Boys and Girls Divisions)
Peanuts: 4/1/10 to 7/31/11 (Coed Division)
 
 
Spring 2015 FEES - No Refunds after February 15 (medical reasons will be considered)
 
Peanuts Division: $55
Children born 4/1/10 to 7/31/11
 
Intramural Divisions: $85
Children born 8/1/96 to 3/31/10
 
Family Maximum of $225 per season
 
 
Team/Coach Requests
 
Because the Club is not able to honor all of the requests for coaches or teamates the we receive each season, in fairness we have made a decision to not honor any requests at this time.
 
As we have in the past, siblings in the same division will be drafted together so that they play on the same team.
 
For Divisions 1, 2, and 3, teams will be chosen in a coaches draft and we will not make exceptions to this rule.
 
 
Additional Steps for Registration
 
There are several additional steps required to complete Recreational Registration:  Proof of Age, Raffle Ticket Purchase, Vounteer Work Duty.
 
Your Registration is not Final until these requirements have been completed.  Please read below.
 
 
Proof of Age
 
If this is the first time you are registering your child, you will need to provide a copy of their Birth Certificate.
 
For in-person registration, please bring a copy with you to the session.

Raffle Ticket Purchase (Tentative)
 
Each family is required to purchase a $50 book of raffle tickets. You can choose to keep these tickets for yourself or re-sell them to recover your cost.
 
If for any reason you do not want to participate in the raffle - you have the option of making a $50 donation that will go directly into the Jackson Mills Complex account for future development at Jackson Mills.
 
Either method will be handled at one of our scheduled raffle distribution nights, when you will make payment for the raffle tickets and pick up your raffle booklet.
 
Registrants will be contacted during the Winter at the email address used during registration and on the club web site with information about the raffle distrubution sessions.
 
Please do NOT mail your check to the the Club or any Board members!
 
 
Volunteer Work Duty
 
Families are required to submit a Volunteer Work Form with an undated check for $100 (one form/check per family), which will be returned upon completion of a one-time assignment.  You will schedule your work duty using a web link that will be provided to you at a later date.
 
The Volunteer Workbond Check and Form are NOT to be submitted at the time of registration. 
 
Work Forms and checks will also be collected at the raffle distribution sessions.
 
Please do not mail in the workbond check as this procedure has changed and may delay your registration.
